Pics
Counting down from 28, day 19. Definitely photosensitive, nice heartbeats, all looks normal but this is my first duck hatch (other than the Brinsea at the house which is very well maintained

These four eggs sat on the shelf for 4 days before I could get them in the new 'bator, so considering their shipping time they were probably 7 days old when started. I'm really amazed that all 4 are so active and thriving in their little shells.

Gad, this is so stressful!!!

It gets easier, the more you hatch, but the final days are still so exciting! Good luck, I hope you will keep us posted. And I hope the kids get to watch them hatch!!

Three Ducklings!

6 left!

Strange they all look different!

Yippee!

Well, at least you will be able to know who is who. It's really hard when they all look alike.
You have several duck hens and a couple drakes, right?

I have the two Hens laying and two Drakes...a Call Drake and a Welsh........

Well.....I guess a Saxony / Welsh would look different than a Buff / Welsh. And then thro in the possibility of the Call. I really love mixes because you never know what you get. Not sure, but I think off spring from same parents can look different.

How are you doing? Hanging in there? Almost over. Then the real work starts.
