Best breed of quail for a neighborhood?

That was already planned out when i built the quail room in my basement
Fully enclosed insulated, the ventilation is hooked into my dryer vent that goes out the back side of my house.
Have a vent from my heating system in the room also, so it is 70 in there at all times.
I was just going to have 16 maybe 20 hens total for production of eggs and meat. Not a
Big operation just enough for the wife and I.
Our original plan was just to raise the jumble Browns but as docile and calm as he's Italian or blondes or whatever they're called that we bought last weekend at the auction will probably have a few of those around also.

The question I have for you or anyone else if I cross those jumbo browns with those Italians will that hurt anything?
My first batch of jumbos hatched out February 22nd last night when we weighed them at 4 weeks old my largest hen was 254 grams.
Would I get a larger Italian if I was to put my Italian rooster with a couple of my big jumbo Brown hens when they mature?

Any information would be very helpful we are very new to this Quail business but have done a lot of research.

Thank you for your time and all of your information
