Good as long as she keeping moving and eating and pooping.Good idea. I let them out for a while today and she walked around a lot and scratched and pecked. She stopped for a minute and twisted her neck around a couple times. I shake the mealworm bag to get them back in and she ran a few feet then walked in. She did eat a couple worms and drank some more. Better!
I've found nighttime isolation is a great way to keep a good eye on the digestion status, feeling crop seeing poops.
I just grab them off the roost and cage them every night it's needed......but my coop is easy to do that in.
