Comb sexing chicks

Ok I'll play. This is my 4 day old Swedish flower chick. I'm hoping for a pullet. I'll have to show my chicks one at a time. I heard females feather out faster I don't know if this holds true for all breeds and I don't know if this is fast for a 4 days old. I'm a total newbie can you tell;)

My FBCM he has me a bit worried. Although his wings are feathered a bit 4 days old. Ok what am I calling it a "he"??? I want a she!! This chick was expensive. I don't want to have to give him away and I want those beautiful chocolate brown eggs.

Has head spot small. Has black washed legs but he is the least feathered of my chicks. I'm hoping for a pullet but also worried about this one. Thanks

And just for comparison here is my cream legbar pullet. Same age to compare. Very feathered.

Thanks all. I know this is a guess at best and it's just for fun so tell me what you think.

With the small, discrete head spot, black wash on the legs and toes, and overall blackish down, this looks very much like a pullet. The discreteness of these characteristics can vary substantially from flock to flock, depending on the genetics of the strain. Barred rocks are considered a heritage breed regardless of whether they come from a breeder or a hatchery, but some strains are easier to sex than others.

The point of this thread is to take pictures of the combs of chicks at 1 day old and see if there is an association with the comb development at hatch and the sex that they are later determined to be...
