Hatching Ducklings in a colder climate

I'm looking for advice on hatching out some ducklings this year. I live in a fairly cold climate. So my question is, when should I start letting my ducks nest?
So far the girls share a nest. So I am also curious if they will lay until they've each laid a full batch, or just until the nest is full.

As long as it doesn't get extremely cold, then I'm sure that you'll be fine letting your ducks hatch and raise ducklings. The mama ducks will keep the duckling nice and warm, but if you feel conserned (ie, it drops below freezing) then you could always move them inside a garage or building.

Good luck :)

When should I let them set though? In March or April? If I let then hatch a nest now I doubt the chicks would survive.
