I guess I should start from the beginning of Peppers life, I got Pepper when she was just over a day old she was shipped from Murray McMURRAY hatchery with around 50 meet birds her being the only one who would not go to butcher . After the meet birds were gone Pepper was lonely and so she came to the only other flock she new me and my family so Pepper lived in the garage , until she was about a year and a half old than she went to live in the coop but after a few days she went broody. Pepper sat on eggs for 58 days finally I made the hard disishun to take her off when I did she weighed less than a pound and was not the Pepper I new , but in time I saw the old pepper again. Last Sumer pepper tried once more to hatch chicks this time on a flower pot on the front porch and this time she was sucseful and was the proud mom of seven chicks.
