Thank you all for that confirmation. I will let them enjoy their lifes as pets now. I was just worried i was doing something wrong or they may be sick or have worms! They just get to be treated, spoiled, and models for pictures now that i know they are ok!!

Sounds like a great plan - they will be very happy girls indeed. Just sorry that you had to experience the not so honest side of chickens in being mislead about what you were getting into. Do you have other birds for laying purposes and/or the option to add to your flock if you still want some for egg production?
 
Some people think EE is ANY mix, so they may have been sold as EEs since they are not purebreds. I see it time and again when someone posts a picture of a chicken asking about the breed and someone says "Oh its an EE! EEs are just mutts!"

The only time I have seen birds identified as EE is when there is obvious signs of blue egg breeds in the mix of the "mutt" bird being posted. I've yet to encounter anyone stating that any mix is an EE, generally in those situations you see the bird identified as a "barnyard mix".

I do see it more on the chicken Facebook groups, but I've seen it on here as well. People have so many misconceptions about what an EE is or isn't, and time and again people will say "an EE is a mutt" without specifying the part about having a blue egg gene and I think some other people then interpret it to mean that mixed breed and EE are the same thing regardless of egg color since, after all, even actual EEs can lay something other than blue or green.
 
I have gotten 3 eggs already this year. They crushed 2 because they are stubborn! But im looking at 1 every day to every other day from one. Im waiting for my other girl to catch on!
