Coop, Buy or DIY

Hoping it's ok if I jump in on this thread, in reference to cool kits. It's my only choice as I can't build one and bought 4 chicks on a whim for my small farm. We have acreage so might be able to let them free range during the day eventually, but need a primary coop. I'm looking at these 2 if anyone can give my input on size for what I'm doing, if it's enough. Thanks everyone!!

Hi,
I am new to this hobby, and on experts advise on the forum, I made my own coop.
It coast me around $100 as I have some plywood at home. If I don't have it, it may cost me 150-180.

At first, I was also trying to buy the ready made coops, but they are very cheaply made. They were shaky only by the touch on one hand. The one which I made (pic on the same post) strong enough to hold my wait 180lbs. My kids were jumping on it.

And pls don't judge the size by looking at the picture, they look veryyyyyyyy big in the picture but they are not. In the beginning I was also thinking they are big enough but I went to the store, very disappointment.

Hope I'm able to help you out.

Thank you
And good luck
