The 8th Annual BYC Easter Hatch-a-long!!!!

@RavynFallen Says duck eggs don't do well upright and that they should lay down.
I have hatched duck eggs several times and they did fine upright.

It is really a personal preference thing--differences between methods will be very small.

One thing to stress is that incubation temperature is the most important factor in incubation. If you get that right, you will have good hatch rates.

I'd love to participate, but I'm in need of an incubator. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I highly recommend this one. This is one of the ones I have and its very stable and not bad price wise. I only use it as a hatcher now but it was my main incubator before I upgraded to a cabinet.
