I'm planning on incubating some eggs soon and would like to add in some peafowl, I can't keep peacocks here they would be way too loud in the summer but I know someone who owns a farm and can take any boys that hatch then il keep the girls, is there any particular breed that are more sociable with humans? And also can't fly very well when wing clipped, thanks, will also have brahmas and australorp hens so there won't be any issue of a peahen trampling on smaller choocks

First of all peahens are still very loud not as loud as a male but still much louder then a rooster(chicken). And second there are no real breeds there are three different species Indian, green, and Congo. Indian is by far the least expensive and most hardy and they come in 15 different known colors wich are pigment mutations not breeds.

If you are going to get some eggs or birds I would say get Indian blues they are the best and most common starting off birds.

I would not keep peas if noise is a concern. Even the females honk pretty loudly just not as much as the males do. As for tameness it comes down to the individual bird. I have had some of my birds for almost ten years and they still don't like people whereas others I got last year are very friendly. It's a toss up.
