What info do you know about the poult?
It could be a Broad Breasted White or Midget White (though it'd be more likely only if you bought from someone vs if you got it from a hatchery.)

We got him along with a blue slate turkey poult from someone else but she got the eggs from someone else who said they were mottled.

He/she has a couple of very small black speckles on her wing
Huh, the only results I could find for "Mottled" turkeys are "Mottled blacks, which are pretty rare - http://www.porterturkeys.com/mottledblack.htm

And apparantly, Blue Slates, are BBS like chickens.
I wonder about Royal Palm? or maybe it as a "whoops" cross.

You will probably have to wait to see how it feathers out as many varieties start out that color. Both my black and blue mottled poults were colored, either black and white or blue and white. It's possible it could be a sweetgrass if there's a dark strip down its back. Otherwise if it's pure white it is probably one of the white varieties.
