We have a 5 month old silkie rooster in need of a home. We live in a residential area in San Carlos, CA and can not keep him, unfortunately. Please email me if you are interested.

It might be ok to let him go to a soup pot.... silkies are edible to.

Have you tried advertising on the farm & garden section or free section for Craigslist? Maybe even the pet section. Many of our local feed stores have a posting board there as well.
