2 four y/o hens in Los Angeles

I have moved out of my parents home in Pacific Palisades and can no longer give these hens(Australorp and barred Plymouth rock) the time they deserve. I also have a chicken coop for sale if anyone wants it.

PM me if you can help them out, looking for a good home for them.
 
That might be a possibility.... How hot does it get up there and how do keep them cool?
