I just got six new baby chicks and two of then are barred rocks they are roughly 5 weeks old and one already has waddles and a small comb development, and is significantly lighter in color then my other BR does this sound like a rooster, they were supposed to be all pullets, any advice would help, thanks

Its a good possibility!! Time will tell.
 
What you are describing could very well be a cockerel - but in order to really answer this we need to see the birds -- can you take and post photos of the questionable bird and one of the others for comparison?
