Anybody have any ideas how to keep bears away from the coop? Are there any repellants?

HAHAHAHA sorry but if a bear wants your chickens theres not much to stop it
maybe an electrical fence? not sure there pretty tough animals.
My friend in Alaska lives in an area frequented by brown bears. They have a pretty serious fence system. Wooden fence poles with fencing like cattle panels surrounded by super heavy wire (almost looks like rope). No chicken losses to bears yet...
Ditto on the electric fence. I have black bears, and they will steer clear of the electric fence. I use net fence by premier1supplies. My charger puts out 8000+ volts, and that will get anyone's attention! These pics are all within 150 ft of my coop.
Ditto on electric fencing. I use dogs...around these parts dogs are effective on black bear. We've got a couple on the land but they never come into the coop...even with that tantalizing odor of fermented feed wafting up the ridge.
