Does anyone have advice for me? We have one not quite two year old hen that has been laying eggs with extremely thin shell towards one end or no shell at all towards one end. (This led to egg eating for a while, which we resolved with nest box curtains that keep the eggs out of sight once the hen leaves the box.)
We offer additional oyster shell in an extra container.
All six hens feed on county companion 16%later pellets and have been ever since they started laying.
Here are pictures of the egg and the feed:

I have had that problem---I would personally separate and mix a little extra oyster shells in her feed(force feeding her extra) and give it a little while. I have heard of people feeding a hen like this calcium tablets. If mine does not straighten up soon---she goes to the meat buyer(culled). Good Luck

Thank you! Note I have to find out which of our three sexlinks it is...
