For the first my royal palm has just finished hatching. I'm already curious to know when she'll start laying again.

Is the hen going to raise the poults are are you taking them away from her?

The hen is going to raise them herself
In that case she may be done laying for the year.
I did have one Royal palm hen that started laying 2 weeks after her poults hatched. She was the exception.

Done laying for the year? Wow! Does this mean they lay and hatch once a year?

Turkeys are seasonal layers. If you don't allow them to go broody, they can lay from spring until fall. If allowed to go broody, most turkey hens will hatch and raise one clutch per year. There are exceptions
If you want her to start laying again, take the poults away from her. If you let her raise the poults, she is likely done laying for the year.
