Large Lump on RIR back

Hello,
I noticed my 1 year old RIR was missing a bunch of feathers around her neck. When I checked her out for mites (I didn't see any) I found a large Lump on her back. It's squishy and there are no feathers growing out of it. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
