How old is she?
Looks like she has pin feathers already coming back in. So maybe a mini molt?
Doesn't look like what I would associate with parasites, so I will be curious what others think, since I've never YET dealt with them.

To check for parasites... go out well after dark, and take her off roost and use a flash light, Hold her on her back and bend legs toward chest and part feathers while you look for things running away, especially near the vent area. This will give you a more accurate picture than day time checking.
Some of my girls that were less than year went through mini molts, which I didn't expect. But I think it's the weather and them being born real early last year.
Is she laying you eggs? It looks like she's already in recovery... but I'd hate to be an under reactor and actually have a problem. :/
These things go by pretty fast on that front page. So we might have to bump it occasionally to get a good second opinion.
