We think the dog broke her legs because she can't put any weight on it and before the dog got to them they wereally as happy as can be , she's been shaky , probably because she witnessed all her sisters and brothers get killed , I'm so upset it brings tears to my eyes , I want her to make it through this , it means the world to me , please respond with any usefull information

Treat for shock first. Electrolytes if you have them in water. (Save a Chick) Or you can make your own. Gatoraid will do in a pinch.

You need to prepare yourself for this chick not making it. If it has broken legs, chances are there's something "broken" inside, too. Don't worry about the legs just yet. Try to get this chick through the next 24 hours.

Make a heating pad nest for it to keep it warm. Snuggle rolled up socks around its body. Keep it hydrated for now with electrolytes.

It happened yesterday at 5 o'clock , she only has 1 leg that's messed up, I gave her some sugar water I had to put some in a cap , she can drink and eat , but she's making a click clock noise , when she's laying down and I don't know what it's from

Could be her lungs were damaged in the attack. They are vulnerable at the top of the chick's body.

Don't give up. this chick may surprise us all and survive into old age.
