I have two questions: Is there a certain end you need to start out the eggs on?
I have a small incubator with a pour in waterer. It can hold 7 eggs. How much water would you recommend?

If you're meaning you have a turner that holds the eggs vertically then yes, you always need to put the eggs in fat end up.

As for water, put in as much as is needed to get you to the humidity that works best for your area. Maybe start at 40% and see how that's working out and adjust as necessary based on the air cells.
 
My incubator does not have a humidifier. Here in oregano n, the humidity is very high. Should I put only a little in it? On the other hand, it's in a dry room, does this mean I should put more than a little?
 
You need to get a hydrometer to measure it, it's very important. Most incubators don't have humidity pumps unless you buy one and they're expensive. Humidity is controlled by the surface area of the water in the incubator.
