What breed(s) should I start my flock with?

they gave 5-6 eggs a week for the first 3 years, in winter still got 3 a week from them. they were fine to be around. if they see anything in my hand everyone including the wyandottes run up to see if they are getting anything. to eat im able to pick them up never had a problem with them
