In the Brooder
Hello all!
First off, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Nate, and live in Central PA. Raised chicken about 20 years ago in Canada, and am ready to start again, and introduce my son to it also.
We started on our coop yesterday, to house 2 maybe 3 rhode island reds.
Im sure you want pictures. Lol.
Started with pallets. Framed it as a floor, and 3 walls. I then added a kitchen cabinet for the nesting box and added a divider. Added a hinged roof. Then I used one of the cabinet doors to make a sweep out to make it easier to clean the coop.
Added some pallet boards as siding, and now just need to add a coop door, ramp and the main roof.
Thats all for now!
