We got one healthy chick out of 3 eggs set. The egg that I was questioning in this post didn't have a blood ring in it, but it did stop developing around Day 7-8. Another egg was fully developed but failed to pip internally. The third chick hatched on Day 22.

I'm unsure of why the developed chick failed to pip. I'm on Day 2 of my second hatch, with 7 eggs from my own hens set... hoping to do better than last time!
