Blackwood, NJ are we allowed?

Looking into if we are even legally allowed to have a few hens for eggs. We just moved from Philly to Blackwood,NJ 08012 in, I believe, Camden County. House is humongous to us city dwellers at 4500sq ft and sits on about 3/4 of an acre at the end of a dead end road. Does anyone know if we are legally allowed to or would we even be bothered for having a few hens? No roosters and thinking about 4-6 hens depending on how many eggs that provides. Need around 3+ dozen a month? Thanks for any replies and info and hopefully look forward to getting into this hobby!
 
That's not very encouraging. I'm hoping it's one of those things where if it's not seen, it's not illegal. I see another poster that's from my exact area and seems they are doing fine with it, although they haven't logged on the site since last year. Would be nice to chat with them about it.
