Help with getting the hatch right

I have a few different breeds and hopefully these babies and the other 25 eggs I have still growing in my other bator I will have a few more different ones.

My rescued loner is doing fine, slightly weak, but strong enough to jump up a few times, his brooder is under an iorning board and so he don't get lonely I put an extra phone with sounds of ducks, so he tries to jump to get to where he hears the sound, his neighbors (2 turkhens and a leg horn all 11 days old) were very curious about him yesterday, today not so much, my only worries is he's lonely, we have a coldfront here in Cancun and its to cold for my liking to bring him with me, the front ain't leaving until about a week so the report says, but once its gone he's gonna be my wing man,(pun intended) right next to me eating and watching TV all day until he gets tired of me

I have three sleepy ducklings and one very weak but still trying to move about I gave it 0.1ml of nutri drench about 3 hrs ago it made it a little better but it's still very weak how often can I give it to it and how much should I be giving it.
 
If you can separate the weak one from the group, but who ever else was born before him or is also wobbly, you can put those two together for company so the stronger ones don't interrupt his sleep, or meal time, I believe those two to be key in getting stronger
 
Also if he's still not eating put some feed into his water bowl just a bit about a pinch or two every refill so he can get dome protein one way or another
 
Katie, I think Nutridrench is great! I'm not sure if there's an overdose point on or not. I usually give a drop or two, straight from the dropper, then follow with clean water. I rarely have to do that more than 2 or 3 times.
 
Quick update the 3 stronger ducklings are doing great and the little weak one is up eating and drinking but has curly toes so keeps rolling over so I have just made little shoes for it and see how it goes but not sure how long to keep them on it so any advice would be great.
