Very happy!:)

So she was the next, next, next door chicken?

Ha!

Glad you found her.

Great article on VENTILATION, one of THE MOST IMPORTANT aspects of coop design.

Fantastic treatise to help decide how much SPACE your chickens need.

Chicken math is not just 'addition'...but also should include Division, Multiplication and especially Subtraction!!!

Hi im so glad you found her!! I was wondering if you could help me, I doubt she's still here, but worth a try i have no clue what happened. I just had a similar situation happen but i saw no animals at all?? I woke up today and she wasn't in her coop or in the backyard. I live in a small town, I only have one chicken and she lived in my backyard. She's a buff orpington if that helps and started to lay again once again (she got sick a while ago and stopped laying, but she finally got 100% better) and now she's gone. I did hear something last night but i wasn't thinking straight and thought it was just wild birds like crows or something. Any advice? I have no hope of finding her, I doubt she's still here. Did i lose her? Idk what happened :( I'm so heartbroken i was literally just taking photos of her two days ago and now she's gone.

oh also I don't see any blood or anything, there are feathers, but they've always been there. There's no trace of her it just looks all the same... just without her :(
