Thank you! I keep telling myself it needs to be done, and I will do it. And I do think that he will taste that much better because he is being such a total brat. Back in another "lifetime", we had pigs and beefers that we brought to the butcher, and they came back in nice neat little packages, but by then the beefers (steers only, never any bulls. I did not want to take a chance that my kids could possibly get hurt!) started getting dangerous, we usually had angus crosses, and I enjoyed the burgers, etc even more because they were becoming brats.
