Agapios trotted away from his sister and over to Misae. "Hinto's right, that's not the way to show off." He shook his massive head "Don't lift your legs so high, lower them just a bit. Also, you should pretend as though your minding your own business otherwise if you focus on the other horses too much while your showing off, it'll seem unnatural." He demonstrated by trottting around with his legs just barely higher then normal, lifting his tail into the air, and holding his head high while he watched his surroundings and sometimes secretly glanced at the other horses.

Misae rolled her eyes. "I'm going to lift my legs as high as they will go" she contradicted, proving her point by kicking out her front leg at an almost 90 degree angle with her narrow chest.
(BTW misae and Hinto are all the way in sun soak field ;))

(Valley)
Lily stepped into the narrow river and munched on the thick grass, savoring the flavor. She cropped off the last bite and sprang out of the river, clambering up the steep bank. Once out she shook the water droplets off her, and cantered upriver towards Flat peak.

(Gang herd) Flood glared at Otaktay and gave him a sharp kick in the ribs, knowing the sturdy burro wouldn't be fazed by it.

(Oh sorry! I'll make him leave)

" I suppose you can do as you wish but I am very experienced at showing off." He joked as he smirked at himself. He turned to the forest, galloped off and was hidden away in just seconds by the shadows of the trees.

Misae raised her head proudly, tossing her thick white mane, and continued prancing around the field. She paused and sniffed the air, making sure there were no predators or mountain herd horses nearby, and began grazing. "I should come here more often" she thought.

~Otaktay gave a mockingly irritable snort and sunk his teeth into Flood's leg that kicked him in a lightning-fast retaliation, coming within hairs of drawing blood. Pulling away, Otaktay grinned wryly and gave Flood a hardy smack with his briar-laden tail against the stallion's impenetrable flank. "Now that we've gotten done acting like milk-colts, what's up with the herds?"~

Winu-cala turned to watch Malawi climb up the narrow path. "C'mon, filly" she snorted, "you aren't gonna let your sister beat you up, now are you?" She called, appealing to Malawi's competitive side.

Misae pranced around the edge of the field, lifting her legs, head, and tail high.
"If you're going to show off" Hinto whinnied, "learn to make it seem natural. Gives you a stronger reputation." He trotted over to Paytah. "Greetings" he said, leveling his head with his leader's.

~Malawi made an effort not to snap at the old nag, then sighed with resignation. Right now, Makawi herself was acting worse than a nag. Nodding quickly, she lunged into a darting canter and raced up the last few horse-lengths of the incline, her body sweeping low to the ground in her own signature gait.~

Waganeeska stood at the edge of a cliff, his head lowered as he overlooked a valley. Far below in the distance that divided him from the flat plains was a herd of horses. He recognized it's leader, a stallion he had fought and defeated more than once. He blew a warm breath from his nostrils with the eagerness to challenge the stallion again, but slowly turned and pranced towards a boarder of bushes that sprung up from the dry earth, dividing the flat land from the steep in incline. Passing the bushes Waganeeska scented the air before traveling the direction opposite of the herd.

(Does anyone have a rogue horse, or horse that could be taken from a herd that someone could play with me with?)

Squrriel Flight grazed in the midday sun, enjoying the warmth on her Black and Tan Back.

Star rolled around in the dust and whinnied.

Broken Wing trotted up to Flat-Peak Falls stream and dipped her head to take a drink. She lifted her head quickly and erected her ears, as she heard a screeching of a Hawk that was circling over head. She swished her tail annoyed.
