We bought a 4 year old breeding pair of mute swans, unknowing how big of a deal it is in the state of MN, so we are looking to sell them as soon as we can, preferably to wisconsin or another state where they aren't as regulated. We plan get a pair of trumpeter swans instead, and will trade them for a cygnet/adult pair of them too. They are not pinioned, but their wings are clipped. PM if interested and for further details.
