Duck poo right outside the door everyday!!! How do I deter them?

I agree. Build them a little house. We needed a second duck house and my husband is too busy with our house renovations to build another duck house, so I found a plastic garden shed on Craigslist for $94 with tax and all he had to do was cut out an area and insert a plywood-framed hardware cloth ventilation window. Took him maybe an hour or two, tops.

Besides, ducks who don't have a shelter at night WILL get eaten by a predator. It's just a matter of time.
