Yes, I've read other threads regarding this.

My EE chicks are 2 weeks old now, and one is noticeably smaller than the other two. She (hopefully a she) was a little smaller when we brought them home, but it's much more obvious now.

She's feathering in well, though very slightly behind where the other 2 are now. She's active, feisty, eating, drinking, and pooping well, though she does peep loudly when she poops. It looks normal, and no history of pasty butt. The others don't pick on her.

Other than simply keeping an eye on her, is there anything else I should be doing for her?

Well either she's just a smaller bird or there's something wrong in her initial development. Either way you can't fix it. Sometimes a chick doesn't make. It can be hard not to worry but there's really nothing you can do except provide the correct fresh ration and plenty of fresh clean water, and a clean brooder to give them the best chance possible. She is definitely cute.

Thank you.

I spent some more time watching them this afternoon and she did appear to be working harder to poop now, and it's a firmer poop than it was before. I gave her a little molasses water and lubricated her vent a little.

I'll keep watching her and hope for the best.

After a few days, I can actually say I've noticed some positive changes. For the first time since she came home, she pooped without her alarmed cheeping!

Progress!! She continues to be a little behind the other two in growth and feathering, but she's keeping pace and definitely holds her own against them.

I'm still optimistic about her, but remain cautious.
