So my mother works for a fiber glass company and they tend to have 10-20 of these boxes just waiting to be picked up by the garbage man well I took 4 told her I may need 5 more hahaha

To make an incubator, you still will need a few things. Heat, source. Egg turner. Temperature control. Circulation fans. Humidity control. Additional insulation to stabilize interior temperature. A few thermometers. A humidistat. With that said, you are still a way to go. What these containers are ideal for with less effort is brooders. You will need them once your chicks are hatched. Put your broody hens to do your incubation.

Sounds like you have no imagination my good sir I've seen people hatch with just a box, thermostat, spray bottle and a heat lamp but I am done and it's doing great
