So what gives? My little 3 week old Barred rock stands ALL the time, this includes sleeping...what is going on with her? Any ideas?

Many chicks fall asleep standing up.....so observing the chick standing up and sleeping frequently is not necessarily indicative of anything being wrong. Ultimately, unless you are spending 24 hours a day observing the chick you can't be sure it has never settled down for a good nap off it's feet. As long as the chick is eating, drinking, evacuating and moving around normally I would not be concerned.
