I have 2 female muscovys and 1 drake. My 1 female keeps chasing and pecking at my other female and won't leave her alone.... What can I do?

This time of year it's very typical. I have 1 that picks on another too I walk the picked on one in of an evening and let her get up on the roost before the other one is allowed inside their house. And I have also put the bully in the stall by herself for the night too when she would even stress her out by walking under her while she was on the roost. After all winter of not really interacting with each other hormones have gotten the best of them and one always wants to be dominate. it will pass. If the bully is relentless then give her some time out away for this other duck.I have 2 female muscovys and 1 drake.
