it is probably a nutrition issue i would try and give them some more plants and vegetables. as long as the shell on the eggs are not to thin there probably OK

Yes, yolk color is very nutritionally based. It doesn't necessarily always mean POOR nutrition, but usually results from lack of variety. Try offering the birds some green foods. Certain yellow substances, e.g. corn or marigold extract, can also pass that color onto the yolks.
