These guys have had runny eyes since they hatched out . I have put neomycin and polymyxin b in their eyes off and on with no response . What water antibiotics will clear it up ? They are separated now but never shared the eye yuck with any of the big girls . It is only in one eye on most of the chicks . Only 4 out of 12 have the issue . Any ideas ? Thanks

Since the drops aren't working, they need their eye problem diagnosed, so they will be on the proper treatment.
