It would be hard to know what is wrong, but it could be his heart or some other organ failure. Aspergillosis from mold might be another possibility. They can get it in the brooder from wet bedding from spills. Since you have more cockerels, I probably wouldn't keep him or breed him. He may get picked on when they start maturing around 4-5 months old, so he should be separated. If you have access to a local vet, I would take in a few of his fresh droppings for a fecal float and a gram stain to look for bacteria, worms, and cocci. It is good to give the chickens probiotics in their diet a couple of days a week to help their immunity. Many feeds contain them now, but a tsp of plain yogurt per bird twice a week will be good.
