Dominate hen = beat up chicken friends

I have a Dominate Black Sex-Link that will take advantage of any other hen. I have eight hens and one rooster. This dominate hen will find any chicken lying down ( generally after roo mates the hen) then starts to pick feathers out of the victims back and encourages other hens to join in while the rooster stands by. Right now I have seven very unhappy hens with almost featherless backs. I have tried to give them the feather fixer because I, at first, thought it was bad molt but I soon figured out what happened. Is there any way I can prevent this black sex-link from picking feathers?
I am currently looking into chicken saddles for the seven victims.

Thanks for your time. I hope I can stop this before I have featherless chickens.

I would separate her for about a week away from them to lower her standing in the pecking order. If that doesn't help, then think about rehoming her or using pinless peepers. I haven't used them but their are many post about them if you search them at the top of the page, or Google them. Some breeds or individual chickens can be bullies. Make sure they are getting outside daily to free range, and that they have plenty of room, at least 4 square feet per bird.

I thought about that but I'm afraid that she might come back meaner..... could this happen?

(I made my first chicken saddle and it scared all the other chickens even the rooster, I will have to make more so they all have one so they don't single her out and beat her up because she is the only one wearing the saddle.)
