what to do , what meds should i get ,she's around 1 yr old ,not torn.about 1 mouth or more,thought it was other chicken.

bleeding once in a while,she with 1 rooster,3hens,i,am thinking it looks like its tore.dont look like a abscessed.

will i made a pen just for her hope things go well ,other hen can see her but not touch,same with the rooster,might be time for the old girls to loose there heads.
