are they showing any other symptoms? like pasty butt, lethargic, fluffed up, blood in poop, etc??
No, and she seemed fine, too. Energetic, eating/drinking, no pasty butt or odd poop. They are starting to lay down with one wing open - is that normal?
could be over heating, what is their brooder temperature at?
2-3 weeks old is to have 90*, they probably had a 90* spot while at the store, over the next day or so reduce by another 5*, then over the next week another 5*, they should be around 80* nowtemp is 90 under the light, which is about 18" up. Away from light is 78 degrees. Sides are chicken wire and they are in our house. They don't seem hot... they lie down with wings up right under the light.
