I agree. That fencing looks kind of wobbly - you might want to add more posts or something @HomesteadDucks and since you have proof that you have predators, you really should have at least heavy-duty bird netting attached to the top of the run in such a way that raccoons or foxes cant get in between it and the fence. Or that hot-wire idea might be great, too.
Edited to add: I've heard lots of stories about raccoons pulling the heads of chickens or ducks through fencing like yours and bitting the heads off, or pulling other body parts through. You might want to add hardware cloth to the bottom 2 feet at least of your run as well.
