I heard that too. I have watched a couple do the "rooster dance" but I heard that sometimes pullers do that too?
Have you seen that before?
 
I can't see the silkie very Well, but I believe the rest look like pullets at this point.

They are just chicks. They well bump heads and chests and look around and do all sorts of things that you mainly think of only the boys doing. I watched a 1 month old pullet and a 2 month old cockerel run as fast as they could at each other today and jump up in the air and hit one another and then take off running the opposite direction for about 3 seconds until they came back together and started eating again.

I can't tell if that is truly a silkie, maybe hatchery grade but, looks to have a big comb already.
