Dirt/Compost from chicken run?

After a few seasons of blight and powdery mildew I built 9 raised beds in my vegetable garden last year. The beds need to be topped off with more soil this year. Would it be a good idea to shovel some dirt from the chicken run? Last year we had mulch in the run (the free kind from a tree service), and it's pretty much broken down. I've been tossing bedding from the coop out all winter as well.
If it's not a good idea....what should I add to the beds this year? I'd prefer free options...I had to buy a dump truck of dirt last year.

Okay, I suppose I would just try to avoid shoveling the fresh poo. I wanted to get this phase done soon, now that things have warmed up a bit, before I start filling the fun with all my yard waste and wood chips again.

We do have rabbits :)
I put some rabbit poo on the beds last fall, when I was closing down for the winter. I've been throwing it in the compost heap all winter. I've been a bit nervous to just throw it on the beds, I don't know why...I've read that its fine to do. I'll toughen up this year.
