What is this?

I have attached a few pictures of the sick chicken with its two siblings. You can't really tell from these pictures, but it is a lot smaller. I hope you can see his dried up face. Everything that should be nice and pink on its face is dried up and whitish/yellowish. Same on his body. I tried to feel its crops and I think it felt hard? I did massage it to try to break up anything that may be obstructing it. He is still eating and drinking, as well as pooping a lot. Poop appears to be normal. He is walking backwards way more than it used to, I think it is getting worse. :'(. I hope there is something I can do to help him. I'll try to take a video of him walking backwards.
