Hello New Chicken Friends....

New on here and new to free range chickens. My grandparents had them when I was very young but I don't remember much. We have 8 chickens--4 ISA Browns (Henrietta, Iris, Stella and Babe), 2 Astralorps (Martha and Mechone) and 2 Barred Rock (Wendy and Wanda). Right now they are hanging out in the garage in a trailer, though they are starting to explore big time!! We want to wait one more week before taking them to their coop and introducing them to their yard. I look forward to learning all I can about chickens. We started this primarily for the eggs, but they are already members of the family. ūüėä
