We have three rabbits who usually live in a big run we made in the garden, but I found some evidence of foxes in our garden today, and I'm not sure if the run is enough to keep foxes out.
This shouldn't be a problem, as we can shut the rabbits in a hutch overnight, and let them out in the morning, but this weekend we are going away and there isn't enough room to keep them in the hutch for all that time.
So we thought we could keep them in an old shed at the bottom of the garden, but when I was cleaning it out I found loads of mouse droppings.
If we still put the rabbits in the shed, will they get sick? Do mice carry diseases? If we can't put them in the shed I don't know what we'll do. I guess mice are better that foxes...right?
