Good temp for outside time???

I have 21 chicks in my living room and today it is supposed to be a high of 81 but currently it is beautiful but only 59 out. Do you think it would be ok to put my chicks out for the day now or no I need to wait for a certain temperature? The chicks are between 4 and 6 weeks old and most look like they are close to being feathered.

The black chicks are my youngest ones and the brown ones are my older ones. I got the white ones from TSC at the same time as the brown ones but I don't know exactly how old they are.

I'd say that they should be perfectly fine. Maybe put them out during the warmer part of the day for a few hours, and then gradually increase the duration of outdoor playtime each day would help acclimatise them, just for your own peace of mind. As long as you keep an eye on them, and they are not huddling together and chirping - all is well.
 
Chicks four to six weeks old can handle practically any temperature above freezing after being acclimatized.

I have two seven day old chicks right at the moment out in a coop with their broody mama and the current temp is 32. Yesterday, they were out in their run and it was a chilly 55 all day, and they were running around having a grand time, spending warm-up time under their mama as needed.

Ideally, you could have been doing day trips with your chicks beginning around two weeks old for indoor brooded chicks, and they would have been completely acclimatized by now and able to live comfortably in their coop outdoors with no heat.

If I were you, I would get those chicks outside right as the outdoor temp reaches 70F, then leave them out all day, bringing them back in as the temp dips back down toward the 60s. Do this each day for a few days, and you can move your chicks into their coop. If you have heat on the chicks indoors, turn it off. They do not need it.
