Coughing and lethargic

I came home today and my 1 year old Chicken is lethargic and I believe coughing. There is no discharge around her nose and eyes are clean and clear. She was fine yesterday. What do you think is wrong and how do I help her?

Have a read of this. You might find it useful. It does state in here try giving them some vitamin water. Might give them an energy boost. X

I think she has gape worm. We have a lot of snails in our yard. She is more gasping for air than coughing. Thoughts on remedies??

Apple cider vinegar. I use vermin x. Its kills most worms
