It's hard photographing chicks, isn't it? But, you definitely have a cockerel. The vivid feather pattern and color contrast makes it evident it's a boy, along with the precocious comb.
The chick right next to him in your first photo looks like it could be a cockerel, too.

All 4 I have look alike I'm think 4 cockerels
Bummer. I know the feeling well. I had two chicks hatch last week I was sure were both females, and now it looks as though I could have two boys. It sure does harsh the mellow of having baby chicks.
